AMT Digital ABN: 41 971 501 584 is a sole trader business operated by Andrew, based in Sydney, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

4. Third parties we share data with

We use the following third-party services in operating our business. Each has its own privacy policy.

Google Analytics and Google Search Console

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, including pages visited and time on site. Google Search Console is used to monitor search performance. PostHog

We use PostHog for website analytics. This is hosted on PostHog’s infrastructure in the United States. PostHog collects anonymised usage data about how visitors interact with our website. We do not share this data with third parties.

Zoho Invoice

We use Zoho Invoice to manage client billing. When you become a client, your name, email address, business name and billing details are stored in Zoho Invoice. Zoho is an international company with servers that may be located outside Australia. Their privacy policy is available at zoho.com/privacy.html.

Brevo (email delivery)

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to deliver transactional emails sent from our website, including enquiry notifications. Brevo processes the email address and name you submit. Their privacy policy is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

5. Data storage and security

Your personal data is stored in:

  • Our email inbox (Google Workspace or similar), located in Australia or internationally depending on Google infrastructure
  • Zoho Invoice, as described above
  • Our self-hosted PostHog analytics instance, located in the United States

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. We do not store credit card details.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain client data for seven years after the end of the client relationship, in line with Australian tax and record-keeping obligations. Enquiry data from non-clients is retained only as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies to support analytics functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

8. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
